It's about time for some new tires. I want to go bigger, but I'm afraid my little d44 won't live through a set of 39.5" IROK's.

I currently run 37" r15 mtr's. MTR"s run kinda small(like 35.5" ish), how much taller will the 38" SX be? Does anyone have any mounted (15x10 preferably) measurements for the 38x12.5 r15 SX?

Also, I like the SX sidewall, but if there is some reason the TSL in the same size is better then let me know.

Thanks

Cody

tsls are a lot cheaper. you decide how much that sidewall is worth to you. Better protection I guess, but is that your main goal?

traction is a consideration too.

I have a set of worn out 38sxs and have seen them next to new 37mtrs (my brother has a set). Only about 1/2 inch between them, but the sxs are toast. For contrast, the 39.5 IROKs I just got are HUGE. They are not mounted yet, but they are obviously bigger.
