got an eb44 and im in the process of putting high steer knuckles on it. i noticed with the EB balljoints, one of them has this crazy adjester sleeve thing on it. i have no idea what it is for, or how to adjust it, but what gets me is that the chevy BJs dont have the adjuster on them. do i use the chevy bjs or get new ford bjs?

Is it the ball joint that has the sleeve or the knuckle ? The knuckle is supposed to have a threaded sleve that preloads the bottom ball joint.
