I know this should probably be placed in the wanted section, but things seem to be lost there.

I'm looking for an FJ60 power steering box. I rather not run a Saginaw, so you are my last hope.

Just curious why won't a Toy IFS work? The pitman arm?

The Toy IFS box will not work for my application as my application is a strange one. I'm putting this on my Samurai, well what is left of my Samurai. Basically just a frame and the body is left these days.

The FJ60 box and the Scout Saginaw are very similar in design. Basically they are the only boxes that I have found that offer strength, and have a forward facing pitman arm. This allows me to move the box further back on my frame, and keep my drag link off my tierod and all. Not to mention not having a steering box hanging out the front of my vehicle.

I have the stock manual steering out of my fj40 you can have for free if it will work fo you. I dont know what the difference is with the fj60 steering, but if what i have will work its all yours....jfatep@teleport.com
