I just swapped in six new injectors into my 4.0L TJ's engine and it's running rough like it's not firing on all cylinders. Thinking there is just air in the fuel rail and fuel system since a lot of fuel dumped out during the process, I drove it about a mile and it's no better. Do I just need to let the engine run longer? The injectors seated just fine and the fuel rail seated fine onto the injectors. Connectors have been quadruple-checked. I'm thinking it's air in the fuel rail that needs to work its way out, does that sound right?
