They lay back, they have nice side buckets, nice headrest, comfy, etc. I don't know exactly what they are out of. Some japanese dihatsumari thing. YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE BRACKETS TO MOUNT THEM. Please don't aske if they fit in your "make/model" because I really don't know.

Nope, the sliders are long gone. I'll pull the seats tomorrow and take pics of the mount holes for you.
