Anyone interested in going on a trail ride at a park located near the "Virginia Speedway" on route 17? Looks like there are some good hills and mud pits to play in from easy to extreme. I'm prolly going to go next Friday Dec. 31st.

Yeah, I hope to make all of them. Not much in the pics on their site. What do you think? I have seen pics of your rig there and we are set up alot alike. Is there alot of challenging stuff for "BIG" trucks like ours? I also want to find out more about the comp later in the year. I went to the one in Crozet and had a good time but the place was small and I only spotted for a friend in the stock class. I will take my Scout there in the Spring.

Big Dogs is a blast. Just sign up for the 9, 10, 11 trails and you'll have a great time. The 9 and 10s are fun, but the 11 is nuts, called Insanity. They don't run it every event, they like to have a really self-sufficient group going over there because it is fairly secluded. Really big rocks and really big holes in between them. It's a great group of wheelers up there. The campground is huge, you can either hang out and party at night or relax and do the family thing. I hoping to have my rig finished by April for Spring Fling. Hopefully I'll see you there.

Oh yeah, the big dogs comps are a lot of fun, I ran two of them in 03. Real laid back. I also ran the crozet comp in March this year. That was a lot of fun, too. You're right, Crozet is small, but it's got some great obstacles.
