Sorry if I don't have any more information, but these are my brother's dogs...
Black lab and yellow lab, brothers, I think about 4 years old. Black is 110lbs, yellow is 135lbs. Both are very friendly and playful. Never bitten or even been aggressive to anyone. Not sure if they are good with other dogs, they played with brother's old neighbor's dogs, but they did growl at random stray dog through fence (the only time I ever saw/heard them growl). Jules, the black, is pretty energetic, and barks at everything. I think just for attention, as he barks at me still every time I'm there, and once I'm inside their yard he's quiet. Vince, the yellow, barks way less, usually only if Jules is barking a lot. I don't think I've ever heard him bark without Jules barking 10 times first. I imagine they are okay with kids, my brother just never let his kids play with them (2 yr old and 5 month old) so I can't say for sure. As of last vet visit, both have heart worms.
Here's the deal. Dogs used to have 2 acres to roam and play. Last year, bro started building new house, sold old one, and moved to rental in the interim. Dogs had small yard, and spent most time in "dog run." New house was finished in november, and has NO yard. Dogs have spent last month+ in dog runj for most of the day, taken on daily walks, but that's it. Now that they have no yard and new baby, and bro's new job has him gone 50% of the time, they just feel bad for the dogs, and don't want them to live in that cage forever... would like them to go to someone who can give them more attention and a better place to live (their dog run is about 10x15 maybe?). Dogs should stay together as they have been together since birth (brothers).
no money necessary, he just wants to find them a good new home.
pm me if you have any questions.
