guy in town here has a 78 cj5 for sale, said he wrecked the front end.

He has no clue what it has as far as specs, all he knows is its a 258, and a 3 speed.

my question is, what does this thing have as far as axles and t-case stock?

I want this as a new "project" and don't know much about jeeps, but $400 sounds real tempting.
