I've made several purchases from them as well. They shipped everything very promptly and have great customer support (better than JD2...).

Trick tools is VanSant Enterprises. They are a pretty reputable company

I heard the bender and the dies are currently in stock. The extras like handles and bases are currently in the weld and paint shop.

Not that it was asked, but personally, I would opt for a Pro-tools after having owned my JD2 for two years and having used a buddy's Pro-tools unit. I feel they are made better and the fact that they start bending perpindicular to the frame is nice for factoring bend angle.
The JD2 definitely works well and has served me just fine, and I have heard nothing but good things about Van Sant. I guess it all depends on how often you are going to use it. Good luck either way.
