Alright I need a direction to go. I was ridin down the road accelerating in 2nd gear and I heard a load pop. Whole drivetrain started to shake erraticlly, to the point at which i cannot drive it. I can start it and put it in gear, but i cannot let off clutch w/o severe chatter. So far I replaced tranny mount, checked all hardware for tightness, new clutch and hardware, and pilot bearing, but i seem to think i have broken something internally in tranny. any thoughts? Help a newbie out.

By the way I cannot buy a new one at this moment, but i do have a line on a free aw4. I have searched forum for aw4 swap, but i dont see anything on aw4 to a 2.5. Anyone done this?

well... if you can't buy a new one now, adapting an aw4 to it might be expensive, your only other option is to rebuild what you have.
