: Steering box issues.

Ok, so on the '84 Bronco, the steering is beginning to become unnerving. :( Going down the road with meager 33's and I have 4" of slop in the wheel. When I hit a rut or intersection it's about all I can do to keep it in place.

SO, who knows of somewhere to get it rebuilt, or better yet, of a place to show me how to do it myself. Are there any special tools to remove parts of it?

And yes, I have adusted it as much as possible and it isn't in the other steering components. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just go to a wrecking yard and pick up a used one, theyre so cheap and you can pull them out of pretty much any 80s Ford truck or SUV, even some Mazda pickups use the same box.
