i just got a 4" lift off of ebay (it came along with rims and tires), problem is, it's for a chevy and i have two FSJs...
so how wide are chevy leaves? 2"? 2.5"?
if the width's don't match up, i can always get some chevy hangers welded on in place of my jeep hangers, right?
thanks

Rear is 2.5, front is 3".

FACTORY the front is wider than the rear. 3 sounds right for the front and and 2.5 for the rear. Now I know Rancho, EZ and I think Superlift the replacement lift springs are 2.5 both ends and then they use a wide lipped bushing to make up the 1/2 inch on the front. I would wait to see what you have before going out and making brackets. You might be able to change out the bushings and get away with that and need minimal modifications.

Hey i was talking to a spring shop the other day, he said, some Chevys (don't now the app, but i saw the spring) had a 4 inch center and tappered down to a 3 inch eye hole, now that would be a sick spring, but they might be a little stiff untill you pull some leafs

problem with that is there's not enough leaves to pull, the springs i've seen like that only have like a 3 leaf pack and each leaf is over 1/4" thick.
