Will the grant steering wheel install kit for a 1976-1995 Jeep work for a 1997 TJ? Just from eye-balling it the splines look the same and the diameter looks the same, but you never know. Not paying 20 bucks to find out. Thanks in advance to anyone that can confirm this for me.

The hub should have a part number on it. The best thing that I could suggest would be to check the Grant website and see if the part numbers match (The YJ, CJ on the the TJ). I know that the YJ and CJ's are alot hte same but there were big changes between the YJ and TJ.

On their site they direct you to the styling rings for the TJ's. The part number for YJ's is 3196. Don't wanna put a styling ring on it, wanna put a whole new wheel :) I know they made a lot of changes from YJ to TJ, but from 1995 to 1997 a lot of the same parts were reused, prolly cause they had them lying around ;)
