$455.00

The Complete Kit includes:

Solid Brake Rotors

Disc Brake Calipers

Disc Brake Brackets

Wheel Studs & Nuts

Complete Mounting Hardware Kit

These kits use standard Toyota application parts. All the hardware is metric. The factory hard brake lines are a direct fit to the calipers. The kits are complete with allthe necessary parts. If you have a set of Toyota 4cyl solid rotor brake calipers already all you need is the Basic Kit. If you need an E-Brake we suggest a Transfer Case E-Brake System. We have them available for 6 cyl. and 4 cyl transfer cases.

We also offer a basic knob style Proportioning valve for those of you that may want to fine tune the system. $40.00

To see more detailed pictures of our kits go to our website at http://www.bigrocksoffroad.com/ or have questions or wish to place an order give us a call at 360-567-3347 (http://www.bigrocksoffroad.com/)

Can vented rotors with IFS calipers be used?

If so, Can I just purchase the bracket and hardware?

Revision:

The way the system is set up it only allows clearance for the solid rotor & 4cyl caliper. If a vented rotor and a 4cyl vented caliper are used it is too wide and interferes with the wheel.

We have had several inquiries about using vented rotors but the way all the parts fit to the housing and axle flange this is the only combo that works.

We know alot of poeple insist that a vented rotor must be used to disipate heat and we understand the need for this on the front but the braking is split 60% fornt/40% rear (aprox.) so the rear isn't working nearly as hard and not generating as much heat. We know this is a departure from what is currently on the market, but is does work and you will increase rear braking ability with this kit.

The kit comes with rotors because ther is machining that is done to it to increase the inner diameter so we don't sell the brackets seperately. Also the hardware helps locate the bracket in a specific location as to center it on the caliper.

The 4cyl. caliper and V6 caliper are positioned exactly the same and use the same mounts. I converted to vented rotors and V6 calipers up front; couldn't I do the same in the rear with this kit?
