A Dana 60 out of an 86 F-350 will bolt right in to my 86 F-250, no?

yup.

you'll want to grab the pittman arm, track bar, track bar mount and the lower ubolt retainers.

Other than that, you'll have to unbolt the TTB pivot brackets to clear the axle.

and you'll need new u-bolts too.

snag the driveshaft too, unless you are adding lift. The F250 one is longer and will punch out your xcase if you hit the bumpstops while wheeling.

oops- forgot to mention that. or you can cut the F250 shaft down one inch. the F350 shaft is nicer since it has a CV though.
