I was doing some searching and found some info of people that had swapped the outers from a mini truck front axle to create a disc fj front axle. I have a 72 fj40 axle and was wanting to steal the outers from my 84 mini truck axle. If some one has a write up about this please share. Thanks for any tech info on this swap would be greatly applied and appreciated.

If you can take the knuckles off your cruiser then you can put the mini ones on :shaking:

The only real mods are grinding the inside of the axel ends "ball thingy" , so the birfield will fit in, and maybe mar-tacking so you don't have to use the c-clips. :rolleyes:
