After thinking about this I think I have figured out a solution:

1. Step one invite a buddy over to help you with this, pizza and beer helps

2. place vehicle securly on jack stands

3. Remove tires and put a jack under the axle housing

4. remove bolts from track bar and jack the axle up to take any tension off of it.

5. Once you have the track bar out this is where you need your buddies help. Hand him the track bar and tell him to smack you in the head with it a handfull of times! (this works best using a motion similier to chopping wood, you can really get some force behind it!)

at this point you should have much worse things to worry about then the axle not being centered under your vehicle so more or less the problem is solved!

Ok serious reply now: When is the axle being pushed out to the side? Is it at ride height or just when the suspension flex's?

I'm going to guess its at ride hight and its sticking out on the drivers side as this is the most likely situationg. This is caused by the track bar being to short! Did you put on a lift and not address the track bar? If so an adjustable track bar or moving the mounts will solve your problem.

If it is during suspension flex it is a more complecated problem. Obviously the track bar travels in an arc. This being said as the axle moves up and down the track bar also pushes it side to side. I will give you three options for this:

1. Live with it! Its not a huge issue, if you have clearance problems with tires because of this they can be solved with different wheels or wheel spacers.

2. Move the track bar mounts so it sits closer to level. This will minimize the side to side movement of the axle as it goes up and down, allthough will not eliminate it.

3. Go to a triangulated link setup. This will do the most as far as reducing side to side movement (should eliminate it except for any give in your links/joints)
