You would need to use the ford 60 outer knuckle or need to redrill a ford spindle to go on your dodge knuckle and then use the ford bearing hub and rotor. You will need to deal with the stub shaft as the dodge stub shaft will be about a 1/2 longer than a ford shaft. The ford bearing hub is about the same amount shorter than a dodge/chevy bearing hub since the stub axle in those applications is longer than the ford.So therefore you will need to shorten the stub axle and hope that there are enough splines left to work with a lockout or if you have drive flanges it will work and/or use the ford stub axle.basically, a lot easier option is to simply convert your dually hubs into single wheel. To do this basically remove the outer ring where the lug studs currently are located from the bearing hub preferably on a lathe, remove the bolts holding the rotor to the bearing hub, redrill them to the correct diameter to hold the lug studs, push the lug studs through and your finished and now have a single wheel bearing hub.If you have more questions try the search function..You will find plenty on this.:D
