Hey Scwafish I used the drawings you sent me welded it up
and it looked real good but got a bug in the a$$ about the downward pitch so I cut it back off and made a 5/8"angle cut from top to bottom edge now it comes out straight and put's the spring's up higher in front what do you think?

well I am not Scwafish but it looks pretty good to me, what kind of springs/lift combo are you going with ? or are you just looking for a longer wheelbase?

I took the rear samis off the front and I am putting wranglers on to match the rear also going with Toy axles and power Steering

that's what i did on my buddie jai birds rig. then stuck a warn 8274 between the rails.

Looks good. The tilt was getting to me until I realized that a plate setting on the top of the round cross tube and the front of the extension was dead level. I plated it for a side load gusset or "shear" and put my winch on it.

Ya I still have to reinfoce it but I'm waiting on my gear box before
I plate it on both sides I'm also putting the spring eye directly under the 2x4 It kinda pull's everything forward and up aproach angle should be pretty nice Ill post a pick later tonight after a little weldin

Does any one sleave the inside of the tube in the front and rear of the frame just a LIL ???

I still have to do it, but yes.

I've got rust damage on my rear tube in particular, the tube is splitting. You can see how it is splitting here:

Did mine the exact same way only I used a 3/4 inch angle cut, its more level. making my winch mount now, it will be tucked up under the body a little, right next to the radiator. Go here (http://www.lilzeus.net/moaborbust.asp) to check it out. Will update it with new pics as I have done quite a bit of work since the first pics.

Well the Ext is done and I got the Toy IFS box on just have to fig. how to connect it to my crossover steering overall W/B is 85" now
and I need one hell of a long front shaft
