We had just dug out of a baddass mudhole and my still pumped up SUPER 16yr old yanked on the hood release and NADA - nothing - zilch -zippo = Hood wouldn't budge. We checked for pinch points along the sides, rear & front end - all OK clean and clear. Cable doesn't feel broke but I can hear it working under there. Pulled the front grill and didn't see a way to get to it - so I'm stumped ?!?!
Please tell me the secret before I go for my 4' crowbar :mad3:

yours has dual latches one behind each head light on the engine side of the core support. if i remember right you can sneak up from the bottom and release them one at a time. you will need a 18"-24" peice of sturdy wire you can put a 1/2" hook on one end, then use a flash light to look up into the under side of hood, you should beable to see the latch, there is a small lever with a spring, and it needs to be pulled on to release. you might have remove the rubber skirt from under the front to see better. good luck
