This really isnt a Tech question but I was wondering if I could get people in Different parts of the country to check with their local Dodge dealersand see if any of them can locate a bell housing for me. I checked with my local dealer and they cannot find it for me. anyway here are the specifics..

2.2/2.5 rear wheel drive bell housing part number P4452018 (this number is now obsolete according to the local dealer but he could not give me a good number) I have also run accross some information that this may be the same bellhousing used on 86-87 Dakota's any help is appreaciated.

2.2/2.5 rwd to ? What are you trying to combine? That P# is a Mopar Performance part number. A factory Mopar # should start with a 560#.

I know that is a MP number since the book I got it out of is a MP/DC book.
As far as to what I am doing I am putting a 2.5 turbo III in to a CJ3A. I need to get the bellhousing to get some measurements to see what tranny's it will work with.
My thoughts right now are 2.5 turbo III with one of the 82 to 86 Jeep 5spds and D300 but that all depends on what will work with the bell housing.

did anybody get any information or was this just waste of my time????
