I am throwing a Vortec 4.3, TH350 and Toy mini truck case in my cruiser now. I got a banging deal on the 4.3 this week. I know the power is less, and there is another post about this, but I also think this combo will be plenty of power for the cruiser to move along. If I have to, I will regear to 4.56's in the pigs. I live in the bay area, so it is all flat for the most part. I will feel the loss in the hills. I can always add headers, and other oodds and ands if needed.

Hmmmm..... The JUICE!!!! Nah, I will run a semi stock motor for now. If I have to, I will tear into it later and throw a cam and what not into it.

TBI or an actual vortech?
I got some 10ish hp on my TBI when I added the K&N aircleaner from a 350 (the air raid cone one). Either way, theres cheap bolt on HP mods.
