Check out this thread in the Toy section:

http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=20251

I'm making and selling the sleeves for pretty cheap. They use the stock Toy bushings and the bushings need 18mm bolts which you can get from www.nutty.com , get 18mm x 2.5 thread pitch x 150mm long. The bottom bolts are 120mm if you are using Toy style springs.

Foothill offroad in Auburn sells the bolts for $10 each and their sleeves are $50/set.

I can also make shackles with the bends in them.

Let me know any other info you may need. thebeebs@jps.net

If you can't figure any of this out on your own I would buy from one of the toyota places that have all the parts ready to go. If you get the right bushings for the shackle it will anser all your questions

I would if it was reasonably priced. Foothill wants something like $125 for them. No way im gonna pay that price. And Central 4 wheel drive i doubt sells them. All i really need is the Tube length. and what type of bushings.

If you want to be able to use Toy style bushings and shackles, use a 3-3/4" tube with a 1-3/16" inside diameter. That's basically what that thread came down to. :)
