Shawnboy 02-13-2002, 05:55 AM I swapped this dif to an anti lock vehicle and it is recommended to remove the anti lock exciter ring. I am not familiar with this proceedure nor is it in the install manual. The vehicle in question is a 1990 Jimmy(fullsize) with 10 bolt axles. Any help would be, well, helpful. Thanks. Shawnboy. GearMan 02-13-2002, 06:03 AM knock off of old carrier with a hammer a tap or 2 will do and heat it up with a propane torch to install it on new carrier once it is a little hot it will slip over the same space on the new auburn Shawnboy 02-13-2002, 04:47 PM You know I just disconnected the abs and problem solved. I don't want to go ripping into something that I'll be replacing soon. Thanks for the info. Opinion please, Locker in front , Auburn out back or locked rear and limited slip front, Both locked.
