Here's a couple pics from our run down the Lost World. A broken front u-joint on the CJ was the only carnage.

Here's the hillclimb I think is a good tire test:

Doesn't look that steep from the top but it sure feels  I guess it doesn't help that the valley floor is almost 1500 feet below...

Another good tire tester. The face of the waterfall is slick granite.

Hey, what's the deal with the long sleeve shirts?
I was thinking I needed to get my AC recharged before our March trip :D :D

The wind was blowing hard enough to knock you over in some spots :D

Chris, how do those BFG Mudders (Jeep) work on those same obstacles you tested the Claws on? I know it's a different beast, but I'm runnin Mudders on my Zuk. Also, heard anything good or bad about the Yokohamas' (their mud version)?

I've got a buddy running 35" Yokohama GeolandArs. They wear out farily quick, and I can tell you all about their performance in mud

Wait until april for our next trip to LBL, and I'll tell you what I think about their performance on a dry hillclimb terrain... If he doesn't run the other shoes (boggers).

Scott did ok, he got hung up once or twice, mainly due to breakover angle. Wasn't really watching their tires. Randy managed to get hi centered pretty good:

Caught his diff coming over the rocks and spun right around and onto the front diff/tie rod. Onlt seen the Yokohamas once, nothing hard so I have no idea how they would work.

What's with the "training flares" on the blue not-a-zuk?

It's a 91 Wrangler Renegade. They had this :rainbow: body kit that blended the bumpers into the body, and big ugly fender flares. You can tell because of the driving light in the front fenders that it's not just a set of bushwacker flares or something.
