: 8lug outers off f250 TTB for rc44 5 to 8 lug swap??

Will the 8 lug parts from knuckle out off of an '80 f250 TTB work to swap an rc44 from 5 lug to 8??

the knuckles won't work because the spacing from ball-joint to ball-joint on the TTB knuckles is farther apart than the solid axle knuckles.
