Will the 8 lug parts from knuckle out off of an '80 f250 TTB work to swap an rc44 from 5 lug to 8??

i cant answer your question but the 8 lug chevy style brakes are much nicer. they use caliper pins not a slider, much easier to take off, and doesnt get dicked up with rust like the ford ones doo. i run the chevy style on my hp 44.

Nope,
8 lug TTB knuckles are totally different from 5 lug TTB knuckles which are totally different then all of the other interchangable D44 knuckles. I do remember hearing about some creative ball joint welding at one point in order to do it, but I wouldn't suggest it.

I know the 79 8 lug spindle out will work.... but I am not sure about an 80 TTB.

No, the 8-lug TTB 44 spindle has a different number of spindle studs.
