only one or two real challenging trails, Big Falls and Garcia Ridge up on High Mountain Road. There is always our 1500 acre sandbox(Oceano Dunes) to play in though.......

depends on what you consider challenging?

I did Pine mountain sunday, its about a 2 to 3 out of a 5 rating. A few places were kinda tippy in my long bed MJ but too bad. At the end of the trail is the famous" stairsteps" !! They are about a 5+ rating but only about 100 yards long. LOng drop off on either side so a cage is highly recomended!

I think Garcia ridge is closed due to water damage on the trail but we could find some other trails if you wanna go this weekend?

Anybody? :cool2:

some friends of mine went up High Mountain Rd. and were bummed to find out Garcia Ridge was closed so they had to turn around about halfway. :( I can't go this weekend but the first weekend in Feb. looks good.........

Yea, with 37's and locked both ends there is not too much that will be a challenge around here, except the stairs and their not too long.

Maybe Got4wd will chime in here and recomend someplace, he knows this area better than me.

we can shoot for the first weekend in Feb.

Garcia ridge and that area are fun but not real challenging...but I hate those f'ing stairsteps. I'd imagine it would take a while to stop if you rolled up there.

This is a pic of ROCKHUGGER on them. It seems much worse when you are on it than this pic.

That spot is steep, and the cliff on both sides makes it a little spooky

Try backing down it with a friend on the front bumper!
