Take a look at the '90 Jimmy, Destroyer's Destroyer.

"There are ten Rancho RS5000 shocks helping the ride." With 10 RS5000s' that poor Jimmy rides worse than Thumper.

"This feeds a Rockwell transfer case equipped with a Reb. Kit from Memphis Eqpt. Co. This kit enables the driver to manually disengage four-wheel drive. "

"The original brakes were removed and a single disc brake from a Ford LTD was installed. We positioned the rotor between the transfer case and the rear driveshaft. This device works great! In fact it will completely lock the rear tires on asphalt."

No shit it will lock the rears. That tends to happen when you have no front brakes, especially in a pickup where most of the weight is on the front (and don't tell me a 6V71 isn't heavy). Why the fuck would you want to lock up the rear tires on the street anyway, so you can watch them pass you? Not to mention that his one and only brake works through his driveshaft. How much you think that POS weighs with top loaders, 1600-20s, Detroit, Roadranger trans, Rockwell 'case, duece and a half frame, 30' of 8" channel iron, body, etc? My favorite part about that thing is that its several states away from me. :flipoff2:

"This motor produces enormous torque at idle(500 ft/lbs): with the gears engaged the tires slip on gravel each time the cam rolls over."

Sounds like it runs like a champ, too. :D

Can't get stuck??? there is always somplace to get stuck. The guy I met got on the subject of this truck, because I was asking where this so called BUDWEISER hole is. Of course I figured I was just going to go bust it's ass. NOT! this hole has swallowed more trucks(including that monstrosity called Thumper), heavy equipment, and GOD knows what else. So to get stuck you just gotta know where to look. I may try the BUDLIGHT hole beside the BUDWEISER hole. Just depends on if anybody has been throwing dynamite in it or not.:D :D
As far as that thing being unsafe, I haven't seen it, but it is only used for an occasional outing to the woods from what I was told. Which is about two miles from where we came out of the woods.

You must not have MUD in your part of the country. Here there are some people that have used dynamite to create some of the holes we play in. With dynamite you can create large holes. Large holes sometimes require large trucks. Not that I would want it, but keep an open mind, not everything is for crawling over rocks. :flipoff2:

Check with the locals "Mike" for the "groups". There are always different rules for each event unless you go "professional". Mainly just d-shaft loops-helmet-tire classes.....:D

obviously I was bein sarcastic, all there really is in Kansas is mud, if you piss on a flat rock it floods, Kansas bein flat = mud. I have nothin against muddin, its fun enough, Im just not a big fan of it personally, as for a muddin truck, I seriously doubt that huge monster could get through a bog at any kind of speed, and if it did, the one brake would be wet and caked with mud so all others on the end of said bog better get outta the damn way!!! And also , the only rocks in Kansas are the ones my neighbors kids through at each other, the lil bastards!
