I am trying to install a D44 cheesy oh I mean EZ locker and am having some problems. I bought this locker used and when I got it some of the springs were kind of bent up, I called Trac tech and had them send me some new springs. Well they showed up and are about four times bigger then the ones I got with my locker. So heres the question, does the EZ locker use 2 different size springs? I got the four springs and four pins, is there other parts I didnt get? does any body know where I could get an exploded assembly drawing of this locker? Any help would be usefull:confused:

How old is that locker?? I had a sleezy locker in my bronco and had to replace the springs. The new springs were much longer than the ones they were replacing. I couldn't remember how long the original ones were. But the new springs held up very well. VERY TIGHT.....

Maybe they sent you the wrong junk, or redesigned the locker with different size springs and just sent you the wrong ones...
Call them back and tell them what's up...

The new springs are about twice as long but the problem is that the diameter is also twice the size of the old ones.

I think they sent me the wrong springs, I guess I will have to call them back and wait another three weeks for them to send me the rite parts:mad:
