: Fake Oxygen Sensor

Does anybody know where u can buy the things that plug inwhere your O2 sensor is to make the computer Think that you have the proper amount of Air/fuel mixture? This is for a Ford with a 4 wire Sensor.

I believe you can order them out of summit or jegs. They are called a Mil Eliminator.

From my understanding the O2 sensor simulators only work for sensors downstream of the catalytic converter which sense if the cat is working properly. I've never heard of anything that can replace an upstream sensor that is actually responsible for letting the ECM know how the engine is running, but I could be wrong.

Yea, pretty sure they read way lean all the time, as to show the comp that the cats are doing their job. I doubt it'd work well as your main O2.

They will not work in place of a main O2. They are designed to trick rear O2's into thinking that there are cats on the vehicle when running no cats.
