dna 300 with a clocking ring as a spacer, or you can change the input bearing

searched real hard for this one didn't ya  :shaking:

but yes, a D300 with clocking ring is probably cheapest...

An Atlas would work too though :flipoff2:

the stock t-case will work with a clocking ring. that would prob be the cheapest way to do it.

Well, I went with the Dana 300 behind my 4L60E. I replaced the stock 23 spline input shaft on the t-case with one from JBConversions with 27 spline. Granted the t-case is bolted in with all the bolts except the clocking bolt, but I truely do not see an issue with this setup. I unknowingly ran my previous t-case with far fewer bolts and didn't have a problem. T-case is nice and short with plenty of possible upgrades. Yes, you can use a toyota t-case, but if you are looking for that kind of tech then I am of no service.

how the hell do you plan on getting a 231 to be passenger drop with only a clocking ring?

and for 4L Fury... you asked for a damn t-case that will bolt to an AX-15 with no adapters that is passenger drop. But you want to do it for cheaper than a Dana 300. Of course you didn't mention that in your original post. You also didn't mention that an Atlas was out of the question, and further still you made no mention of the need for 4:1 gears. What the hell do you want? For a cheap passenger drop t-case with no adapters to an AX-15 with 4:1 you're stuck with a Dana 300. Not a bad case to be stuck with moron

cool qoute below yer signature!!.....from yer last thread i guess you havent learned to apply that ........and please stop giving me the roll eyes..nobody likes that.
ok..for the record...id like to put no more than 1g in this thing..and thats REALLY stretching it...if i spend that amount i could almost get a used atlas..
i did say id like to do this for relatively cheap in my original post and you are the one who started the insults..

Another vote for the D300 w/ a ring. You won't find anything better + cheaper for what you want/need. If money is an issue you can always upgrade stuff later on.

hey retard, maybe u should stop blowin out insults yourself and maybe think before u ask...u came to a jeep forum, asked what case to put behind a ax15 without and adaptor and as cheap as possible...then when u get ur answer u come back and call all the people who tried to help idiots, when u sir truely are the idiot. if u dint want dana 300 w/ring as your answer, maybe u shoulda thought about that before u posted. anyways, id go for that case that was used in cjs durin the early 80s, or a scout in 1980, other that that there isnt any!!! maybe if u want an answer that uses a toyota case, u should go ask the toy guys...o and dont be so ingnorant or noone will help u next time.....

ps that walkin thing, yea i did that, 2 miles, in the snow not so dressed for winter...so been there done that shit too:flipoff2:

In the write-up, I cut the stock exhaust before it cuts across the bottom and welded a tube and muffler on and it shot down torward the rear axle. It sucked, I could smell exhaust fumes all the time.

It didnt take long untill I had it going out in the stock location.
