i'm trying to convert from 6 to 5 lug with front waggy 44. i don't know what year it is and i need to figure it so that i know if the spindles are the right size diameter for the conversion. JEEPgOD gave me the years i need so i just need to figure out what i have.

you can probably get the info at the dana spicer website using the BOM on the Diff or housing.

If it has flat top knuckles, it is a '74-'76, and will have the correct spindles to do the swap. Just go to the parts store and get '78 Ford Bronco hubs and rotors. If the knuckles are not flat-top, then it is a '77-'80, and you will have to pull them.

I say try to see if your spindles will work and if they don't its not the right year. It doesnt hurt to give it a try
