We have the leading edge in clutch technology now in stock for your Toyota 4cyl Pickup or 4Runner. This revolutionary clutch material provides superior clamping and resists heat fade. When conventional clutches heat up they loose traction and may slip. Ceramic clutches actually increase friction as they warm up. Ceramic clutches last longer and will outlive conventional clutches by as much as 2 to 1. Due to their lower mass and solid nonfibrous construction they will also spin at much faster RPMs with out disintegrating.
Our ceramic clutch kits include your choice of pressure plate (1200lb or 1600lb), ceramic disc, release bearing, pilot bearing and alignment tool.

It's increased friction can cause a little more wear to the flywheel. Just semi metallic pads wear rotors a little more than non-metallic pads. That's the only downside, you may need to replace your flywheel after 200K miles.
The good news is we have reconditioned 4cyl flywheels for just $75.

Well it sounds like a good deal then. I'll remember this for the future. I have one of your "regular clutch kits" in my truck at the moment and it's doing well. I saw the resurfaced flywheels on your web site the other day. Nice of you guys to be offering that.

What about clutches for Land Cruisers? I believe they're 10 13/16" in diameter.

Is there any difference in pedal "feel"? I had a few clutches in the past in other cars that gave me a workout everytime I drove. Do these feel stock?

If you order the clutch with the 1200 lb pressure plate it's the same as stock. If you order the one with 1600lb it's a little heavier than stock.
