I know the Duff and Wild Horses coils are both great.....However the price of the Duff coils is hard to beat, $115 for the pair. Therefore Duff gets my vote. Wild Horses coils are only slightly more, and they offer a 5" coil which is cool.

I'd actually like to get my hands on a set of wildhorses coils so I can try them out. I've heard they might be slightly soft than the Duff coils, but that just might be hear say.

I know after I did my 44 swap, I sold my lift and had to drive a day without front shocks....that was one of the scariest things I've ever done! They're soft!!!! I couldn't drive over 20mph safely....I fit right in with the beaners around here though.

Of course if you want absolutely perfect, you'll want something custom, but custom = expensive

BC bronco's, they flex better, and are a better ride on the street. www.bcbroncos.com

Wild Horses get my vote. This is a pic of my 3.5" coils.
If I had to do it again, I would go with the 5.5" coils, and raise my upper coil mount two inches.

BTW, that pic shows it as the LF tire is about to pull off the ground, because of a ten inch shock....with longer shocks, the coil stretches more.

just for my own curiousity, what is the weight of a 4.0L engine and 5.0L engine, what about a winch?

for determining which spring rate to use...

Another vote for WH:) I have never tried any of the others mentioned but I've heard BC coils at also very flexy.

That being said, unless you go with a wristed arm or extended arm, your front articulation will be very limited.
