hey take it easy. That thread did not have any pictures. Also if you can read the whole thing, I'm asking why no one has made a new bullet proof transfer case because I CAN!

I have all the hard stuff done, I just need to find out how many I would sell! To pay for the labor in the first twenty, I would sell them for 320.00. But if I could sell 40, they would be about 250.00. It has mounts that are twice as big, the case is thicker and has more material for the area the sumo gears need to be ground out that make them thin. whud ya think?

I think it's a cool idea.....I have never broke a t-case, but have seen plenty that have broke....

cause(s).....bolts worked loose in the long arm, landed on a rock with no skid plate, no oil in the case-caused the countershaft to lock up and walk the gears out, busted the back half-because they forgot to remover the speed-O-gear.....and on and on....

the guy making our Sumo gears, said when he gets caught up, he was looking into making those gears fit a Kick Box....and working on building a single dual box....then you could use any combo of gears.....nice!

look into that too while your at it.......

eamil me, I have another idea we could use some help with
