you will need to resize them to like 70% or so, and change them to jpeg from bitmap if they are not jpeg already. Jpeg is a much smaller file.

well your right, that was me.... thanks for keeping your eyes open. My last 4 runner was also stolen from chico and ended up stripped in magalia 6 weeks later. I was able to rebuild her though. Maybe I'll be able to do the same with this one. Thanks for keeping your eyes open. I'd like her back, even in pieces.

Just cleaning up some old subscriptions and realized I had never posted any pictures of the rig.

5 Years ago now, and not one lead or part ever found. Somewhere, somebody knows what happened to it. Back then I wasn't a red star member but things have changed. I doubt it's still in one piece but just maybe some dumb ass is still driving it somewhere.

Just for grins, here's a few pics of what it used to look like. It can also be seen from time to time in "In Gear" as an ad for Winter Fun festival and to add insult to injury back then, it was pictured on the front cover of In Gear on the last run I ever took it on, about a month or two after it was stolen.

The most identifable parts are the interior panels, rear bumper and the canback. The interior had all diamond plate panels, dynomat floors with continuous rubber floor mat, full internal cage. The rear bumper was a custom built swinging tire carrier and is pictured below. The receiver is actually 1" off center (hey I didn't build that part of it, I just improved on it) and the canback, I had loops sewn into the corners of the canback to allow me to pull down on the canback as I snapped it down. (I've never seen that on any canback, so if you see that, It's probably mine. )

Anyway, If anyone thinks they know what happened to it or has seen parts for sale that look suspiciously close to these. I'd still like to know about it. 5 years ago or not, it was still my 4Runner and some piece of crap still got away with steeling it. Maybe now their guard is down.
