Has anyone wired up an extrernal voltage regulator for a GM style alternator? I just picked up a high output Alt for my YJ. and come to find out, the alt is externally regulated and overcharges the battery. If I can wire up a voltage regulator and make it work great, if not, i have to go back to the puney stock alt. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I'm a cheap fawk and hate spending $$ on shit I can't use
