Hello,
The 90 RRC I bought has what looks to be a photocopied LR shop manual, but only lists the LT-230 transfer case. Is there a seperate shop/repair manual for the Borg Warner transfer case? Does anyone have the manual in electronic format?

Try the Rave CD, they are all over ebay... looking for mine here in the pile on my desk, but do not remember seeing that much for it. I just yanked mine for a 230.

the rave has rebuild manuals for both the LT230 and the Borg-Warner. at least mine does.

keep the cd, it was worth the money.
