Is yours already 4wd? All of those I have seen are 2wd. I often wondered what a "bobtail" would look like set-up for wheeling. BTW, did you get that from a military DRMO, or an individual?

mine is 2 wd but it has a 208 t-case, 727 automatic, nissan 6 cyl diesel and a dana 60 rear. The guy I got it from stretched the frame, but I've already built my own frame and have a dana 60 front and eaton rear to go in it as well as a different motor, tranny, and t-case. so basically I'm just gonna use it for the body.

same one that was in a scout eh? how many miles? hows it run? whats it need? do ya know whats involved in making it a turbo?

well the truck has 49,000 miles, but I believe the motor has quite a few less (it looks new) yes I believe it is the same as the scout diesel, but you should check the binder board to find out about switching it it to turbo, as I'm not an expert on it. My plans are to keep it and build a light weight diesel buggy, but I'v got to finish this first.
