Just moved into a new house. The garage breaker is 20 amp. My welder is a Lincoln SP-125 Plus. Don't I need to get a bigger breaker and if I do, what size?

Stick with the 20 amp. I'd be more concerned that the wiring to the outlets is AWG 12 and that the outlets themselves are rated for 20 amp.
