I need to know what length bolt to order for my DIY beadlocks. I'm thinking 1.5" but was thinking one of you guys might be running a set and know the answer. Man - I didn't know just the hardware was going to be so $$! Kind a sucks to getting a buddy to cut me a deal on cutting my rings (water torch)then get hosed on hardware. I know - poor little fella right? Anyway, thanks in advance!

Don't have that info just yet but was considering 3/8" x 1.5" stainless allen head cap screws with nylock nuts. I need 96 but wanted a few extra for the tool kit. My bolt guy told me easliy over $100 so I may have to consider other options. I'll know more when I get the length right. Any help out there? Thanks

go to lowes, and get a "contractors" bag of 1.5 inch 3/8s grade 8 bolts. i think 30 come in a pack, costs like 10 bucks or so. i did my beadlock bolts for less than 30 bucks.
get 4 3 inch 3/8 bolts to help suck it down, then get to town on the 1.5's

First, don't use stainless. They're weaker than grade 8.
Second, don't use allen head anything. They'll get boogered up by rocks and then you can't get an allen wrench in the hole. Ask me how I know...

I suspect that whatever one uses they will get chewed up by the rocks. I was thinking allen head as you could just use a pair of vise grips and loosen them if necessary. That said, I'll prolly go with regular hex bolts and save the bucks for something that matters.

JUst an fyi - I ended up using 2" allen head cap scerws to pull the ring down then replaced them with 1.75" hex bolts. Could have used 1.5" with the nylock nuts but decided to go with the 1.75" just in case the next tire choice has a bit larger (thicker) bead area. Thanks
