post your pic to a host, like http://dkg.elmo-the-dog.com/ and copy the new addy, then bracket the addy between [ and the letters img followed by the ] then paste the addy, add the [ followed by the / and the img and the ]. I had to type this out when I just typed the html it would just give you a red X
