So I am doing the house hunting thing. Driving all over Co Springs trying to find a place that fits all our needs. SWMBO has a huge list of places she has found on line and from our realtor. I am pre-looking at everything before she flies in Sunday. She has this 'look' she wants. I figure as long as sq. footage is there and the place is clean it really doesnt matter.
She fell in love with this one place just based on the photos. Description says its a 3 car garage but in the photos is just a standard single door double wide. So of course I am pulling for one in the same neighborhood, similar design, but doesn't 'look' the same but its got a three car.
I mention to our realtor how strange it is that the listing is a 3 car but the photo is a two.
She tells me it is a 3 car...its a tandem garage. 2 wide and then the outer bay is double deep.
Cool, that will work for a shop I guess.
Then she says, "but the other one is a regular 2 car".
Other one???
Yeah there is a second building on the lot, its two wide but extra long.

So do you think I should tell SWMBO I made an offer already? :evil:
