How do I go about bleeding my Hydraulic trnasmission after a clutch replacment? I have never done a hydro trans before. Is this going to be a real pain in the butt?
It is a 1986 S-10 4 spd if that helps. Thanks Guys.

yeah its a real pia the best way is with a pressure bleeder but most don't have axcess to one. you can do it just like brakes pump and hold but it takes forever

i never had any problems with the setup, i usually bleed them myself for the most part. crack open the bleeder and let it gravity bleed, once u get fluid, it only takes a few pumps to get the rest of the air out. should take like 10 minutes to do altogether. and if you just changed the clutch and dint crack into the fluid system at all, u shouldnt even need to bleed it, just have to pump it back up to reset the slave
