2003 3500 Dodge Dually 4x4 w/CTD

About 2 weeks ago I started getting a small (1" diameter) oil spot under the rear of the engine (rear main?) overnight.

Now starting this morning I have a small (1.5" diameter) spot of diesel under the front of the engine overnight... I'm thinking seal on the injection pump???

I need to use it to tow my junk to TDS this weekend and I'm not a happy camper! I've got 7k left on the warranty but I'm still waiting on Dodge to finish the change of ownership papers for the waranty coverage so who knows when that will be done... Looks like it will be after I get back from TDS to get it in to the dealer.

Think it will be ok till then? I have a stick shift so the oil leak worries me a bit due to the clutch being right there...

Mine developed a leak in the #6 injector tube. The fuel line that runs to the #6 injector got a crack and started leaking. The fumes were killing me. If you get to that point, get it fixed. You might try demanding that they fix it with parts off a truck on the lot so you won't be down. Mine got to the point I felt like I was going to pass out from the fumes, and rolling down the windows did not help at all.

Mine showed an oil leak of some sort for a little while, but it went away. They have had the trans out of mine though so maybe it was just spilled fluids. Even though there was nothing wrong with the trans, I had them put the new clutch plate in because mine rattled.

That's what you have a warranty for though, go get it fixed.

Only 7k left on the warranty? You already have 93,000 miles on it?

Yep, 93,777 :D

I can't smell diesel at all in the cab, just went for a 300 mile drive on Monday and never smelled a thing but when I got home is when I noticed the leak. Weird part was on Sunday I read on TDR about a guys injection pump leaking out the front seal and a day later I notice diesel under the front  .

I still can't decide if I should risk driving it to TDS. It's a 4-5 hour trip each way, the dealer won't be able to take it in till next week and will have it for a few days so I can't get it fixed before the trip... Guess I could just ride along and leave my junk here :(
