So the buggy won't sound like a diesel anymore? That 1.6L you ran in it at the Badlands sounded sooooo sick. :D

Can't wait to see how the whole 4.3 swap kit ends up Scott. Does the basic kit you will be marketing come into play at all with the buggy or is it so non-suzuki anymore that it doesn't apply?

I didnt do it for the HP. I did it for the xtra weight to help roll it back onto its wheels instead of stoping on its side..LOL

so where did ya get the 3 primary collectors, i just made my own out of and old 4 primary collector, not nearly as pretty as yours,

If you use single plates at head how are you going to keep them from twisting when you weld

I welded each inavidually, then pressure tested, remounted to head and tacked the 3 pipes together right before the collector. Removed as one assembly and finish welded. Things line up ok after but not exactly, so I took the torch, with everything bolted tite and heated all the tubes equal and let cool. Now when i take them off they are perfect.

On race car header we would put flat strap on top and bottom,the heating trick works well also,They really look great
