What is the pressure in your c25 tank when it needs a refill. I am still a ways off of empty but the welds look like I may not be getting enough gas. It has been awhile since I had the tank filled and I can't remember what the pressure was when I needed a fill.

On mine it's near 0 ;) Just have someone watch your flow guage and see if it's dropping below 25 or whatever you have it set at.
check the tip, check the cord near the wear it comes out of the feeder etc. there o rings and other hoses down there. Mine sometimes slips out a bit if I tug on the cord to much. Mine runs right down to zero. but then again your needle on the gauage could be bent

pull the trigger and watch the presure in the low side gauge if it drops off u might be low but it should run till it's empty i have a problem if it's cold or wet the regulator freezes up and flow slow down, make sure not of the lines are kinked

A C25 tank should have 2000-2200lbs of pressure full, you will also notice a HUGH drop in pressure around 500lbs and it seems like that last little bit goes really fast !!
