The 203 range boxes are fairly simple animals, just clean and re-pack the needles in the idler, a new bearing in the input and output, and new seals. I'll PM you a price

how much do they have to be bored to be able to accept the bigger bearings? any exact measurement i can take to my machinest?

NorthWestFab

The actual diamter of a small bore bearing is 80mm, the larger bearing is 90mm, the machinist will have to remove 5mm.

90mm works out to 3.543" I would spec from 3.543-3.545, but make sure you have a bearing on hand to test fit has he goes.
