What size exhuast should i use?

I'm getting ready to put headers on my truck and i am going to put dual exhuast on it and i was wondering if i should use 2.25 or 2.50. I'm not using cats. 3.0 v6. Thanks :confused:

i'd recommend 2.25" for running duals.

I would measure the output end of the headers and run pipes the same size.

I would run a 2.75"-3" single pipe.

Here's a company with an engineered dual exhaust... Perhaps the ready built will fit your goal or perhaps you can gleen some ideas for a custom fab... It runs new pipes all the way to the cat outlet.
